Investigating - All Jamf Pro services will be unavailable starting at 12:00 noon today. We will be performing emergency preventative maintenance during this time and if everything goes as planned, Jamf Pro will back in production by 1:30 PM today.

Identified - ITS has identified the cause of the issue with the backup Telephone Circuit into Eppley Admin Building and is taking steps to remediate impact to affected services. Century Link has traced the fiber cut to approximately 3000 feet off campus to a construction site. They are in the process of running the fiber and splicing it. We have no ETA at this time. We show no degradation of service related to this issue.
