Scheduled - RFC 2722: VMware Environment & Data Center Storage will physically move locations of the production environment.

Direct impact: Many services hosted in the data center will experience two brief outages as they migrate to and from the backup environment. Hosts dependent on physical server moves may be unavailable for extended periods. A partial list of services that will be impacted include: UNL Production VMware environment, Business and Finance Database, Virtual Desktop environment, Analytics services, UNL Event Management, UNL Marketplace, ITS-Onlinepay.

Completed - RFC 2609 moving retirees and students into the People OU is complete. RFC 2665 student group structure has been delayed.

Scheduled - RFC 2609 & 2665: Active Directory - UNL-AD will under go maintenance. Direct impact: Some users will switch OUs in the directory. ITS will be moving retirees and students into the People OU during this time. ITS will also be converting class groups into entitlement groups during this time.
