Update
With NUID and ISO missing for a lot of students in LDAP, we’ve identified the following services that are negatively impacted.
DLC Exam Commons
They are unable to check in students using their NCard as they do an RFID scan. NUID lookups also fail. Users can be looked up by My.UNL username manually, but this is a slow process for the workers and hasn’t been working for everyone.
Lockers are not being assigned for new reservations
INK Kiosks
Students are unable to scan their card at the kiosks to print
HuskerScan
Students are unable to check in for events
MySupport
Unable to set requester based on NUID

Update
Authentication and self service operations are available via TrueYou.nebraska.edu or ID.unl.edu. Data modifications are complete however human resources (SAP) changes entered after Friday are not yet active in the system. A problem with future appointments has been identified and a manual fix will be applied. Technicians are working on the problems and an update will follow.

RFC 2493: Identity Management and Authentication - TrueYou.nebraska.edu and ID.unl.edu will under go maintenance. Direct impact: The trueyou.nebraska.edu and id.unl.edu login and self service pages will change in appearance, effective Monday, July 17 as the University implements a new systemwide identity management system. Password resets will be unavailable Sunday night starting at 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Monday. ITS will be migrating to a new Identity and Access Management service during this time.
