All systems are operating normally. This issue is resolved with the vendor.

Identified
ITS has identified the cause of the issues and has taken steps to remediate impact to affected services. There is a temporary fix in place and we are currently working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

Investigating
Potential problem with ACD is under investigation. Currently callers dialing departments using ACD are not hearing the audio file greetings for the department. Technicians are investigating the issue and we will update this communication accordingly.
