O365 - Email delays from outside O365 under investigation

Identified
ITS has identified the cause of the issues and is taking steps to remediate impact to affected services. Email delays are limited to messages with attachments from outside of O365 (e.g. scan documents from copiers)

Potential problem with O365 - Email delays from off campus is under investigation. Technicians are investigating the issue.
