Monitoring
All O365 issues appear to have subsided, and all systems are performing as expected. We're continuing to monitor for any reoccurring problems.

Investigating
Potential problem with Office 365 (including mymail.unl.edu) is under investigation. Technicians are investigating the issue. Authentications on some devices are failing especially via Firefox or new application installs.
